We would like to add a Senior Integration, Test and Evaluation Coordinator with a diverse and solid background to our on-site team. The work will support TEAMS2 projects at NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, talented self-starter with a diverse background and broad range of operational experience to join our team supporting an ongoing NASA research effort. The project focus is integrating existing and emerging technologies with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in a dynamic research environment. Responsibilities include generation and coordination of operations procedures, project milestones, system requirements and flight schedules for all phases of the project. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and coordinating test plans and flight test cards for tests to be conducted in various on center facilities (i.e. wind tunnels, environmental chambers, flight ranges, etc.). Additionally, you will be expected to summarize engineering reports generated from these test facilities into concise actionable results. This role is in a rapid prototyping fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should be an innovative thinker capable of working closely within a small diverse team.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in UAS vehicle operations
  • Familiarity with organizational ASRB criteria
  • Knowledge of current FAA regulations specific to UAS operations
  • Requirements management and systems performance metrics
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are required
  • Written and oral communication skills are a must
  • A BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
