About ASSESS

​

Under the ASSESS contract, Analytical Mechanics Associates supports scientific research; engineering design, analysis, and development; Technology Readiness Level (TRL) advancement of work associated with evolving NASA missions; implementation of technology programs; test implementation and operations; systems analysis and conceptual design; systems engineering and program/project management support. 

ASSESS will provide specialized research, science, and engineering services that support a wide range of applications from entry vehicle thermal protection systems to revolutionary vertical lift technology through the following core disciplines:
 

  • Aerodynamics

  • Aerothermodynamics

  • Aeroacoustics

  • Machine Learning

  • Materials Design/Manufacturing/Test/Evaluation/Development and Implementation

  • Systems Analysis, Engineering, Design and Development

  • Structures Analysis

  • Engineering Risk Analysis

  • System Integration

  • Project Management
